Saraswati River- Flows through Indore. - Polluted due to Kanh River. - Merges into Kshipra River.
Kshipra River- Tributary of Chambal River. - Originates from Kakri-Tekdi in Vindhya Range. - Major tributaries: Khan and Gambhir.
Kanh River- Flows through Indore. - Carries sewage since the 1990s. - Part of Smart City Indore project. - 3.9 km riverfront developed. - Rejuvenation under Smart Cities Mission.
Funding- Rs. 511.15 Crore sanctioned in 2023 for cleaning Kanh and Saraswati rivers under Namami Gange Programme.
